Spring has finally arrived and what better way to celebrate the season of rebirth than by attending Spring Uncorked, a Rotary Club of Hamilton fundraiser that supports literacy and leadership projects for children in Hamilton’s North End.
The Rotary Club of Hamilton helps children, many from homes without any books, learn to read. To support this, they raise money annually from their members, and from the community through events like Spring Uncorked.
As a fundraiser, Spring Uncorked is a win-win — a fun evening that celebrates spring and the best of local food and wine, while benefiting Hamilton’s neediest kids. It’s the ultimate feel good event.
The best regional restaurants are at Spring Uncorked, showcasing mini versions of their best creations. You’ll be inspired by the beautiful presentation and creative flair of these chefs. It’s a challenge to sample everything, but Spring Uncorked attendees bravely do their best!
Meeting people while sampling great food and wine creates a fun and casual atmosphere. Spring Uncorked is a giant cocktail party, with cruiser tables set up throughout the room, live classical guitar music, and an energetic atmosphere. And there are also tables and chairs for those who want to sit and relax with a coffee or glass of wine.
