An honest song, reminiscent of early 2000’s pop punk, from a young band who are honing their craft, Homecoming is a raw, charged pop-punk song from Safe & Sound.
From Hamilton, Safe and Sound is made up of five young guys, Loeden Learn (vocals), Mike Maschewski (guitar), Zach Paterson-Pasquale (guitar), Alex Stojsavljevic – bass, Evan Woods (drums, who just celebrated his birthday, Happy Birthday, Evan!)
Having just played another show on July 11th with a few other great acts (Harbour, The Playdates, Ravyn’s Fall and Here’s To Many), the pop-punk band Safe & Sound are making headway in the Hamilton music scene.
If you’ve seen their live performances, or their videos, it’s pretty clear these five guys love to play their instruments, and love to perform. The boys offer some high-energy, and excitement in their performance, plus great style.
Forming first as a project between two friends, Alex Stojsavljevic and Loeden Learn, on bass and vocals, the two quickly added Zach Paterson-Pasquale and Michael Maschewski to play guitar. After a few months of playing as a session drummer, Evan Woods joined up full time to form the present line-up.
Like it…will be keeping an eye out for their next show. 🙂
